The Granby Police station reports that even though Fox was described in a police report as slurring his words, smelling of alcohol and having a strong smell of alcohol, he was not given a Breathalyzer exam or a roadside sobriety check.
Instead the officer drove Fox to his home, and not charges were filed, according to WWLP.
This seems to have the appearance of a DOUBLE STANDARD.
